Turnkey solution 

To meet the needs of an American international group with operations in 20 countries, specialising in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food production, Reffuveille Industrie and Bürkert France collaborated to develop a distribution and mixing system for producing a silicone-water solution for lubricating specific parts.

This skid is equipped with 93 manual diaphragm valves – type 3232, 55 pneumatic diaphragm valves with IO-Link housing, ELEMENT range, type 8801 DF (type 2103 and 8691), as well as 4 FLOWave flowmeters, type 8098.

“We are concluding a successful collaboration with Bürkert France for the realisation of a skid equipped with manual valves, flowmeters, on/off valves and regulation using the IO Link communication protocol, intended for the American market. Bürkert’s support in defining the technical specifications of the equipment and providing assistance in the field has been a real asset. Not to mention the fair pricing and the fact that everything happens according to schedule. The first installation was designed in such a way as to eventually integrate a second skid, thus allowing for increased production capacity and also serving in a backup capacity.”
