The modular Type 8905 & 8906 Online Analysis System combines “sensor cubes” for pH, conductivity, chlorine/chlorine dioxide, ORP, turbidity, and more in one compact, networkable platform, ideal for continuous monitoring of make-up water, RO/DI systems, and main cooling loops. Along with conductivity and temperature sensors, FLOWave and other flowmeters, and multi-parameter controllers such as Type 8619 placed at sampling wells, RO permeate lines, dosing skids, and critical branches, operators can track coolant purity and glycol ratios in real time and drive closed-loop dosing and blending—enabling early detection of leaks, corrosion byproducts, or concentration drift that could threaten uptime or cooling efficiency.

Unlike manual sampling or periodic sampling cart visits that only capture a snapshot of coolant quality at a single point in time, the Bürkert Type 8906 multiparameter transmitter continuously monitors conductivity, pH, temperature, and flow simultaneously in real time — detecting sudden contamination events, coolant degradation, or chemistry drift the moment they occur, rather than hours or days later when damage may already be done.
