Bürkert Cryogenic Valves
At Bürkert we strive to satisfy the most challenging Cryogenic customer needs quickly and reliably. We do this globally with innovative, high-quality cryogenic valves suitable for on-off service and complete system solutions.
Cryogenic valve manufacturers
Bürkert products and systems can be used wherever cryogenic fluids or gases need to be measured, controlled and regulated. Whether the application is filling, level, flow, or pressure we have a solution and a uniquely comprehensive range of products to handle it.
As a respected cryogenic valve manufacturer, we can offer an extensive portfolio of Bürkert cryogenic valves, as well as on/off manual and pneumatic extended stem angle seat and globe valves. We also supply positioners and process controllers for integrated mounting on process valves with Profibus, DeviceNET, AS-interface, & I/O link communication, as well as vacuum jacketed valves and piping.
Bürkert’s level of competence is present in over 36 countries with more than 70 years of experience in the industrial fluid and gaseous control markets. We are committed to offering our expertise wherever it is needed, anywhere in the world.
Bürkert cryogenic valve – Type 2000
Amongst the Bürkert cryogenic valve collection is the externally piloted Type 2000 angle seat valve, which is operated with a single or double-acting piston actuator. The actuator is available in two different materials, depending on the ambient temperature. High flow rates are attained with the stainless steel 2-way body.
The reliable self-adjusting packing gland provides high sealing integrity. These maintenance-free and robust valves can be retro-fitted with a comprehensive range of accessories for position indication, stroke limitation or manual override.
Furthermore, the manually operated Type 2000 offers a reliable self-adjusting packing gland providing high sealing integrity. These maintenance-free and robust valves offer high flow rates, with the stainless steel 2-way body, in Cryogenic applications up to 232 PSI and -254 °C.
Bürkert cryogenic valve – Type 2610
The Type 2610 cryogenic valve is a direct-acting, media-separated plunger valve. Thermal and hermetic isolation of the coil and housing are achieved by means of a stainless steel bellows that enables both extreme media temperatures and aggressive media. The coils are moulded with chemically resistant epoxy, making the valve especially well suited for applications with critical media.
The cable plug with 'Kick and Drop' electronics included in the scope of supply supports the valve opening process and reduces current to the holding power after opening. In combination with a plug, in accordance with DIN EN 17301-803 Form A, the valves satisfy protection class IP65 – in combination with the stainless steel housing NEMA 4X.
Features and benefits
