First, we hope this message finds you, your families and everyone safe during these challenging days. Our team is seeing a light at the end of the tunnel, notwithstanding some new challenges.

We understand that supply chain issues and delivery concerns are top of mind for many of us given the difficulties with an evolving pandemic reaction and response.

To effectively analyze the situation with regard to our security of supply, globally and locally, we are in very close and regular contact with our vendor network. We also take into account any transport and supply restrictions that might affect deliveries of our purchased components. In this context, we have already implemented various measures to avoid or minimize any negative impacts on our total supply chain.

Additionally, we have an extremely high level of vertical integration in the manufacture of our products, which has enabled us to significantly reduce our dependence on purchased components. We have also employed comprehensive hygiene and safety protocols throughout the pandemic at our production and assembly sites in North Carolina, Germany and France – steps taken to ensure the availability of the necessary capacity resources for the products and systems we manufacture.

At present, we are not aware of any concerning information that could significantly affect our ability to supply our customers. Please note that this statement reflects the current situation and we continuously evaluate evolving circumstances.
