RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To plan and conduct the preventive maintenance to avoid unplanned downtimes and extend the lifetime of the building technology.
- Care for the indoor and outdoor installations.
- Coordination of the winter service (if necessary through external providers).
- Care and maintenance of the equipments (fleet, motorized assistive devices, etc.).
- Autonomous acquisition of consumables and auxiliary materials in consideration of the laws and standards.
- Implementation of minor repairs regarding sanitary, building equipment.
- Autonomous consideration of the efficiency (own repair or third-party service).
- Assistance in disaster operation.
- Control the tecnical equipment (even at weekends), on-call service in consultation with the team.
- Availability/Support at events.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Lift , Push, Pull up to 150lbs
- Walk / Stand/ Climb stairs and Ladders for up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to work at heights when needed
- Ability to read, write, speak proficiently in English
- Ability to use fingers and hands for fine manipulation
- Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read and use a tape measure
- Ability to use computer and various other electronics
- Ability to work in the United States without Sponsorship
